Helen Conover
Biography
Helen Conover, a principal research scientist with the University of Alabama in Huntsville’s Information Technology and Systems Center (UAH ITSC), has over twenty-five years of experience in Earth science data systems, since leading development of the Marshall Space Flight Center Distributed Active Archive Center ((MSFC DAAC) component of the distributed Information Management System for Version 0 of NASA's Earth Observing System Data and Information System (EOSDIS) in the early 1990’s. Conover currently works on several Earth science informatics projects funded by NASA and NOAA.
