Will Ellett

Biography

Will Ellett is a Principal Research Scientist with the University of Alabama in Huntsville’s Information Technology and Systems Center (UAH ITSC) and with over twenty-five years of IT and data management experience now serves as the Global Hydrology Resource Center Distributed Active Archive Center (GHRC DAAC) Operations Manager. In that capacity, Mr. Ellett leads GHRC’s migration of data and operations to the Earthdata Cloud, which served as a pathfinder activity for the NASA DAACs. His strong project management skills include leadership, communication, scheduling as well as implementing agile software development methodologies.
